Do you do monogramming at Ravin Robes?

Monogramming is having your initials put on a robe.  If you would like have your initials put on a robe, please Contact Us and we can take care of that for you.  It is just $10.00 extra.  Please note, monogramming only applies to shawl robes, microfiber robes, and some kimono robes.

What shipping methods do you use?

We use both FedEx ground and UPS ground shipping depending on the weight of the total order. If the order weighs 3 lbs. and under, we will ship via FedEx. If the order is 3 lbs. or heavier, we ship using UPS ground. To see the shipping rate table, Click Here

Do you offer Rush Deliveries?

In most cases, our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days upon the order placement. If there is a need for a Rush Delivery, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
